The Factory 03:27
When you see me tonight, make sure you hold me tight, ‘cos I am having the time of my life, said I am having the time of my life, of my life. On and on and on, this life will never end, on and on and on, and I feel it. And I feel it from the ground, it's taking over me, and the faces they are blurred in this factory. So when you see me tonight, make sure you hold me tight, cos I am fighting for my life, said I am fighting for my life, for my life. On and on and on, this life will never end, on and on and on, and I feel it. And I feel it from the ground, it's taking over me, and the faces they are blurred in this factory, it's a shame it isn't all it was made out to be, in the silver lined room of this factory. Interlude And I feel it from the ground, it's taking over me, and the faces they are blurred in this factory, it's a shame it isn't all it was made out to be, in the silver lined room of this factory.

Everyone you’ve ever known, Everyone you’ve ever hated, Everyone you’ve ever loved, Everyone that’s ever hurts your heart. We all belong to a dot in a sunbeam, That’s all it is, all it ever was. The smokers behind the huts, The smiling girl when the sun is out, Soldiers fighting for their lives, Blood spilt over politicians’ lies. We all belong to a dot in a sunbeam, That’s all it is, all it ever was. The blue bucket for the Christmas tree, The same faces waving happily, Every idea you’ve ever heard of, Every hero and every coward x 2 We all belong to a dot in a sunbeam, That’s all it is, all it ever was.

about

Run/Lucky/Free Edinburgh

Run/Lucky/Free created their music from quaint practice rooms near the River Forth to rehearsal spaces in the heart of the city of Edinburgh. They moulded diverse influences together to create a style of Indie Pop that would confound standard 4/4 balladry with interesting instrumentation and the occasional odd time signature.

Now gone their separate ways the band lasted from 2009 until 2013.
