lyrics

There he stood on the seashore.
He focused on a face that looked familiar.
Planes draw red lines through denim skyes,
the ocean round his ankles lit up his eyes.

Before he knew it he was running,
and he didn’t feel a thing.

He ran to the edge of the world,
below a sharp drop and the mist it swirled.

He held his breath with joy and fear,
and in to dust he leapt and disappeared.

He awoke by a pack of wolves,
and when he stood he stepped on a vision.
The jewels shattered and all was white,
his kaleidoscope no longer turning in time.

Before he knew it he was running,
Over shards of colour – didn’t feel a thing.
His world now a single vision.
A face appeared - it was yours my dear.

about

Run/Lucky/Free Edinburgh

Now gone their separate ways the band lasted from 2009 until 2013.
